From our Management, we encourage our PRL management system to be lively and dynamic. IBERSYS through Arigal gave a course in Santiago de Compostela to drillers/artillerymen as an update of the training received previously. This exercise of responsibility as a preventive plant involved less qualified professionals as well as technicians from the Production and Works Management Dept. An illustration of this is the on-site photo of the presence of our site personnel together with our Senior Mining Engineers, Marcelino Montoto, Beatriz Valdueza, and Rafael Nosti.
